Det er muligt at konfigurerer synligt output på skærmen, ved pakke installation og afinstallation.
Dette kræver selvfølgelig at det der installeres eller afinstalleres producerer output til skærmen.
Menu: Operations -> Configuration -> Agent -> ‘Allow Packages to Interact with Desktop, Windows Vista and higher (not recomended)’
Eller placerer en fil, med følgende navn: C:\IXP\DATA\DEBUG.IXP på en test maskine.
Denne indstilling bør kun anvendes i forbindelse med pakke debugning.
En typisk Office installation, vil have nedenstående installations script.
